Our jewelry is built to be worn, not stored. Here is exactly what it is made of and what we stand behind.

What you are buying

All pieces are finished in 14k gold, using either gold filled construction or thick premium plating over a stainless steel or brass core. That is a genuinely different product from the flash-plated costume jewelry sold at the same price: the gold layer is measurably thicker, so it survives daily wear instead of turning within a fortnight.

It is water friendly. You do not need to take it off to wash your hands, get caught in the rain, or get in a pool.

Our warranty

We cover tarnishing, discolouration and finish failure under normal wear for 6 months from the day you receive it. If a piece turns, flakes or fades in that window, send us photos and we will replace it or refund it.

We also cover clasp and link failure for 6 months — if a clasp gives out on its own that is a manufacturing fault, and it is ours to put right.

What it does not cover

Accidental damage, snapping a chain by pulling on it, deliberate alteration, resizing by a third party, and ordinary scratching from normal wear. Chlorine and salt water are survivable but not kind — long soaks shorten the life of any plated finish.

Getting the most out of it

• Put jewelry on after perfume, cologne, sunscreen and hairspray. Alcohol and solvents are what actually kill a finish.
• Wipe it with a soft dry cloth when you take it off.
• Store pieces separately, so harder stones cannot scratch softer finishes.
• Take it off for the gym, the beach and the hot tub where you can.
