Shipping & Local Pickup

Everything ships from Bradenton, Florida. If you are local you can skip shipping altogether and collect it at the booth for free.

How long it takes

We pack and hand your order to the carrier within 1 business day. Transit is normally 3–5 business days after that, so most orders arrive within 4–6 business days of checkout.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Carriers do run late in December and in severe weather — if that happens to your parcel we will tell you rather than leave you wondering.

Tracking

You get an order confirmation by email straight away, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as the label is scanned. If the tracking email has not arrived within 2 business days, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will resend it.

Choose any item, check out as normal, then come and see us at:

Bring your order confirmation email — on your phone is fine. We hold paid pickup orders for 14 days. If you need longer, just say so and we will set it aside.

Where we ship

Anywhere in the United States, PO boxes included. We do not currently ship internationally.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph the box and the item before anything else, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Damage in transit is our problem to solve, not yours.
