These terms apply when you buy from this website. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who we are

Torres Co. is a trading name of Torres Liquidations LLC, trading at Red Barn Flea Market — Booth 135, 1707 First Street, Bradenton, FL 34208, and online at this website.

Stock and pricing

This website and our booth share one inventory. That is deliberate, and it means an item can occasionally sell in person in the minutes between you adding it to your cart and checking out. If that happens we will tell you straight away and refund you in full — we will not quietly substitute something else.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout at 7%. We work hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate; where an obvious pricing error occurs we reserve the right to cancel and refund rather than honour a price that was plainly a mistake.

Your order

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your confirmation email. Until then we may decline it — for example if the item has already sold, or if we cannot verify the payment.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Afterpay, all processed by Square. Afterpay is a service provided by Afterpay rather than by us, and their terms govern your payment plan.

Delivery

The delivery times quoted on the shipping page are estimates in business days, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier its progress is in their hands, though we will always help you chase it.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Using this site

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it wholesale, or use it to break the law. Product photographs and site content belong to us; brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify genuine product we are selling.

Torres Money offer

Joining our VIP list earns one Torres Money code per person: $5 off a purchase of $25 or more, $10 off $50 or more, or $15 off $75 or more, worked out from the goods before tax and shipping. Each code can be used once, online or at our booth, and cannot be combined with any other offer. It has no cash value, is not exchanged for cash or change, and expires on the date given in the email that delivered it. One code per household or email inbox; codes obtained using several addresses for the same person may be cancelled. We may end the offer at any time; codes already sent stay valid until they expire. Returns of a discounted purchase are refunded at the amount actually paid.

If you tick the box to receive texts from Torres Co., you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages about new arrivals, deals and events at the number you gave us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
